Position Overview:
- Investigate and resolve Homeowners claims of moderate complexity through thorough investigation and documentation
- Conduct field inspections at customer homes at least 50% of work time using a company-provided vehicle
- Handle virtual claims using imagery and video technology when needed
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with valid driver's license and state licensing as required
- 3-5+ years of property claims, construction, or restoration experience with Xactimate proficiency
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
