Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external resource schedules, project scope, budget, and dependencies.
- Lead customer-facing meetings, gather requirements, and prioritize schedules.
- Support financial objectives by forecasting project revenues and analyzing variances.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and drive innovation.
- Cultivate proactive conflict resolution and escalate concerns as needed.
- Lead large-scale deployments and use advanced PM methodologies.
- Drive governance structures and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in IT consulting, professional services, or PMO leadership.
- 7+ years in a client-facing role.
- Proven success managing enterprise technology programs.
- Strong communication and ability to describe technical impact to non-technical clients.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
- Systems and IT literacy in networking, security, etc.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, ITIL) preferred.
