Associate Director, Commercial Planning (m/f/d)

Commercial Planning Lead – Germany Lead and continuously evolve the commercial planning framework for our German market, focusing on Rx (prescription medications) but also taking care of the Non-Rx planning. Drive the full cycle of commercial planning including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling Forecasts, and Long-Term Strategic Planning — covering key metrics from sales and orders to average order value and gross margin assumptions, in close collaboration with Business Controlling. Customer Data Model Ownership – Europe Serve as the central owner of the customer data model across Redcare’s European markets, ensuring standardization and business relevance. Advance automation and development of the model to enhance scalability, reliability, and cross-system integration, together with the Data & AI team. Market Share & Competitive Intelligence – Europe Lead the development and execution of Redcare’s market share and competitor benchmarking framework across all countries.
