Senior Software Engineer, Payments

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and implement features to build out the Marketplace offering, helping fleets and shops schedule, complete, and pay for service.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to consistently deliver high-quality software.
• Deliver well-tested, maintainable, and performant code while engaging in collaborative design and architecture.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years as a software engineer with 3+ years in Ruby on Rails and 2+ years in ReactJS with TypeScript.
• Firm understanding of object-oriented programming, relational databases like PostgreSQL, and expertise in data modeling and query optimization.
• Experience with payment systems like Stripe or Brex and solving challenging architectural problems with good design.
