The specialist provides information to customers using the applicable tools, resources, and outlined procedures, understanding the company's products or services to effectively address client questions and concerns. The individual will identify customer needs through active listening, researching issues, resolving problems, and providing solutions. An ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, as well as proficiency in call center software, are key. This position is willing to work in a 24 * 7 work environment, including weekends with scheduled week offs as per business requirement.
