As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their families, providing excellent customer service and support. Your role will be crucial in helping us maintain a high level of satisfaction for our clients and promoting our services as a premier home health care provider. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from clients and their families, ensuring a professional and friendly demeanor at all times. - Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability. - Schedule appointments and coordinate with our team of caregivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services. - Maintain client records and update our database with accurate and relevant information. - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. - Collaborate with other team members to identify process improvements and provide the best possible service to our clients. - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records to assist in analytics and reporting. - Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information. - Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance targets and call metrics.
