Role Summary:
- Senior strategic leader driving operational excellence, innovation, and transformation across Vertex's global clinical trial portfolio.
- Reports to Head of Global Clinical Operations and leads technology innovation, business intelligence, workforce planning, and high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-year transformation roadmap and identify enterprise opportunities to streamline clinical trial processes.
- Embed advanced analytics, oversee governance frameworks, and drive adoption of modern clinical technologies.
- Build and lead high-performing team, manage CRO partnerships, and oversee change management strategies.

- Base salary range of $255,400 - $383,200, plus annual bonus and equity awards.
