Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our Operational Projects PMO Department. Reporting to the Team Lead Operational Projects, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success through effective project management and leadership. Within this PMO Department, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across a variety of project areas. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success criteria. Provide strategic direction and vision to project teams, aligning project goals with the organization's overall objectives. Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks are executed in accordance with the project plan. Monitor project progress and react as necessary to ensure successful completion. Build and lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and executives to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals. Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization. Implement quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards. Conduct thorough project reviews and evaluations upon completion. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. Generate comprehensive project reports for leadership review.
