Role Overview:
- Identify and evaluate amateur prospects in preparation for the First-Year Player Draft.
- Perform additional assigned scouting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compose scouting reports on draft-eligible players.
- Build relationships with players, families, and baseball community.
- Plan and organize workouts for player evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university.
- Ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and in adverse conditions.
- Strong computer and internet proficiency.
