Partnership Activation & Coordination:
- Coordinate agency participation in national sports-based mentoring opportunities.
- Support logistics and execution of sports clinics, camps, tournaments, and partner-sponsored events.
- Serve as a liaison between agencies, corporate partners, and BBBSA staff.
Network Learning & Best Practice Capture:
- Document lessons learned from agency activations and partnership experiences.
- Conduct post-event debriefs and gather stories, photos, and feedback.
- Develop case studies and implementation examples for the network.
Agency Engagement & Reporting:
- Maintain relationships with participating agencies and respond to questions.
- Track participating agencies, activations, youth engagement, and outcomes.
- Support reporting for partners, grants, and internal leadership.
