What You Will Do:
- Partner with client success to design and execute employer and member-facing enrollment and engagement strategies.
- Consult with employer clients to understand workforce demographics, tailoring marketing approaches.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, including open enrollment and launch campaigns.
What You Will Bring:
- 7-10+ years of experience in B2B, B2B2C, or healthcare marketing, consulting, or client services.
- Proven ability to design and execute enrollment and engagement campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of employer-sponsored benefits and the role health plans play in delivering value.
