Associate Director, Paid Search

Responsibilities:

• Lead campaign development, optimization, and reporting across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SEM platforms.
• Design optimal account structures, bidding strategies, and forecasting methodologies.
• Build strong relationships with platform teams and manage junior staff.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Paid Search experience with hands-on management of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience with SEM management platforms and knowledge of 1st/3rd party data.
• Strong communication, organizational, and mathematical skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual base salary range of $70,000-$120,000 USD.
• Benefits include health insurance, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401K.
• This is a full-time remote position.
