Staff Engineer - Python & Django

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the technical roadmap for the reporting platform, balancing new features with technical debt reduction.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable reporting systems, data pipelines, and high-performance query infrastructure using Python, Django, and ClickHouse.
• Lead technical design discussions, evaluate trade-offs, and establish engineering best practices.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including Staff or Principal Engineer roles.
• Deep expertise in Python, Django, and ClickHouse with production-grade application building.
• Strong experience designing, scaling, and optimizing data-intensive systems like reporting platforms and analytics solutions.
