The Benefits Administrator delivers high-quality customer service to employees by responding to benefits-related questions. Core functions include health, life, and disability insurance, retirement plans, leave administration, and tuition reimbursement, ensuring compliance with laws. The administrator designs, implements, and evaluates the wellness program, manages leave of absence programs, and supports onboarding, offboarding, and open enrollment, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with Payroll and other functions. Preparing and distributing 1094 and 1095 forms for ACA reporting is also required.
