Preboarding Specialist

The Preboarding Specialist will enter and track candidate orders and review submittals against job requisitions and candidate applications for compliance. Review background and drug reports to ensure compliance for partners. Complete welcome calls and emails to all candidates and monitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure completion by the due date. Ideal candidates will provide excellent service to candidate, client teams and/or clients by responding quickly to all inquiries, assist vendor with completion of required checks when necessary and assist with building new client audit detail procedures for the review of candidate orders. Other duties include auditing candidate orders and ensuring requirements of a position and client standards are established in appropriate technology tools. Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing the required customer service and administrative skills with RPO or onboarding experience as a plus.
