Product Manager - Social Planner

Lead the Social Planner roadmap, emphasizing Social Listening, Analytics, and AI-driven workflows. Social Planner is in a growth phase and operating at scale, supporting users in creating and publishing around 9 million posts across 350,000 social accounts. Responsibilities include setting strategy, improving stability, and increasing adoption through a metrics-driven strategy. You'll identify opportunities, manage vendor evaluations, define user experiences, run customer discovery, and partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Support, and GTM teams.
