Software Project Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for concurrent software development projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.
• Work closely with the product manager to understand and implement project scope, objectives, and deliverables, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation.
• Ensure project execution aligns with product strategy and business goals, making data-driven decisions to continuously enhance processes.

Project Management and Execution:

• Facilitate project meetings and Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, in collaboration with product team members.
• Utilize and optimize project management tools and software, such as GitHub and Smartsheets, to enhance project tracking and team collaboration.
• Stay current with project management methodologies and tools, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and team efficiency.

Risk and Stakeholder Management:

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, developing strategies to address challenges and reduce potential delays or budget overruns.
• Support the product manager in maintaining stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication of project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day stakeholder and vendor relationships, resolve concerns, and ensure vendors meet agreed-upon timelines and contractual obligations.
