- This is a part-time role (min 20 hours/week) where you will allocate time to specific tasks and projects based on business needs.
- You will work remotely within Portugal as part of Sword Health's clinical team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and safety screenings, identifying clinical red flags to determine program appropriateness.
- Clearly articulate the value and structure of the program to prospective patients, converting assessments into active participation.
- Utilize strong interpersonal communication and motivational interviewing skills to inspire patient commitment and long-term compliance.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal and/or pelvic health disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills that come across through a digital care workspace, plus comfort with web-based tools.
- Strong commitment to data security and privacy, and ability to handle high-volume, repetitive assessment work.
