Job Description
Account Management:
-Own and grow key retail accounts.
-Manage broker partner sales execution and collaborate with broker partners to optimize the business.
-Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and broker presentations.
Business Planning & Forecasting:
-Build & execute annual business plans and track performance against goals.
-Deliver accurate forecasts that inform production, inventory, and financial planning.
-Monitor and manage trade spending.
Skills Required:
-Strong planning and analytical skills with proficiency in CRM systems, SPINS data, forecasting tools, and financial analysis.
-Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functionally and build trust with partners.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
