New Product Operations Manager

Operations and Strategy:

• Align organizational objectives with business goals.

• Integrate with Engineering, Product, and Data teams.
• Develop project strategies and frameworks like Agile and Scrum.
• Build relationships at all levels to drive adoption of practices.

Tooling and Documentation:

• Own and manage Jira for efficient engineering and data delivery.
• Create and maintain playbooks, templates, and documentation.
• Configure Jira as scalable and manageable tool.
