Manage a client portfolio directly, assisting with library validation, CNC integration, and advanced engineering workflows to ensure production-ready configurations.
Research and implement strategies to enhance the team, focusing on monetizing custom projects while maximizing client value and refining processes for efficiency.

Client & Team Focus:

Foster a collaborative and accountable culture by providing guidance and resources to the team for delivering timely and high-value solutions.
Set clear expectations regarding free versus paid services, balancing speed, quality, and prioritization across all client projects.
Drive client satisfaction by monitoring metrics like NPS and addressing challenges to maintain high levels of engagement and value realization.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee professional services projects, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for upsell or additional value-added services.
Collaborate with Content Creation and other stakeholders to prioritize resources for library management, CNC integration, and best practices.
Ensure documentation and validated libraries are accessible to both clients and internal teams to support knowledge sharing and efficient workflows.
