Role Overview:

  • Lead the delivery of specialized client solutions for Microvellum Toolbox and INNERGY Design, overseeing an Engineering-focused Professional Services team.
  • Manage a client portfolio directly, assisting with library validation, CNC integration, and advanced engineering workflows to ensure production-ready configurations.
  • Research and implement strategies to enhance the team, focusing on monetizing custom projects while maximizing client value and refining processes for efficiency.

Client & Team Focus:

  • Foster a collaborative and accountable culture by providing guidance and resources to the team for delivering timely and high-value solutions.
  • Set clear expectations regarding free versus paid services, balancing speed, quality, and prioritization across all client projects.
  • Drive client satisfaction by monitoring metrics like NPS and addressing challenges to maintain high levels of engagement and value realization.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee professional services projects, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for upsell or additional value-added services.
  • Collaborate with Content Creation and other stakeholders to prioritize resources for library management, CNC integration, and best practices.
  • Ensure documentation and validated libraries are accessible to both clients and internal teams to support knowledge sharing and efficient workflows.
