Your Mandate:
- Focus exclusively on net-new customer acquisition in the commercial and mid-market segment across Utilities, Energy, and Logistics in Benelux.
- Create momentum through proactive outbound, account planning, and identifying and qualifying opportunities within target organizations.
- Lead full sales cycles, engaging operational leaders, maintenance managers, and decision-makers to position Ultimo as a strategic partner.
How You’ll Operate:
- Operate with high ownership, clear accountability, and short decision lines in a scale-up environment within a larger enterprise software business.
- Utilize CRM discipline and structured pipeline management, challenging constructively and exercising independent commercial judgement.
- Work closely with BDRs, Pre-Sales, and Customer teams to drive the sales process from initial conversation to close.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in net-new B2B SaaS or software sales, with experience in commercial or upper mid-market sales environments.
- Strong outbound and prospecting capability, confidence leading full sales cycles, and the ability to engage operational and technical stakeholders.
- Commercial resilience, drive, and structured pipeline management discipline; experience in Utilities, Energy, Logistics, or asset-intensive industries is a strong advantage.
