Responsibilities:
- Handle customer auto claims by connecting via phone for initial loss notice and filing claims.
- Assist with arranging vehicle repairs and rental cars while communicating with medical providers and other insurers.
- Support the claims process, track all call information, and escalate issues when necessary to resolve customer concerns.
Qualifications:
- Must possess an active home state Adjuster Insurance License and a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection and a clean, quiet workspace.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
