Responsibilities:

- Oversee and optimize AgileRPO performance: capacity planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising on hiring strategies.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5+ years managing recruiters in an RPO.
- Strong understanding of recruiting sprints, agile workflows, and productivity tracking.
- Demonstrated success in hiring for technology and GTM roles.
