Job Description

This role will be focused on driving marketing efforts for NAF's strategic partnerships, including but not limited to companies in financial wellness, insurance and other mortgage-adjacent categories. The role involves developing strategies that drive business metrics (product awareness, adoption, usage), creating customer journeys, product messaging and value propositions for different audiences (e.g., employees, loan officers, referral partners, homebuyers), and developing and distributing marketing material to educate NAF and partner teams on product/program value, target audiences, and potential use cases. Key responsibilities include creating compelling messaging and marketing content across multiple channels, managing campaign performance tracking, analyzing competitive programs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and marketing initiatives. Additionally, the role requires tracking partner engagement, co-marketing performance, and product adoption metrics; using data to optimize strategies and share insights; and conducting market research to understand industry trends.
