The ideal candidate should be passionate about sharing knowledge and learning, while ensuring high-quality delivery products in a timely and efficient manner, being responsible for facilitating Agile Scrum methodology for the team, organizing sprints, and ensuring that each member of the team is working efficiently towards the team's goals, with leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of Agile principles, and a proven track record of leading successful software development projects.
