Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Kiva is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide Kiva’s financial future. This leader will oversee financial operations across Kiva and its affiliates and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This is a rare opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a beloved, global nonprofit while helping scale our impact responsibly and sustainably. Lead all financial operations including financial planning, accounting, audit, tax, treasury, and fiscal management. Drive strategic decision-making and own capital strategy. Maintain a strong internal control environment and lead all audits, 990 filings, and regulatory reporting. Deliver operational insights and critical financial information to the Board, CEO, and senior stakeholders. Mentor and grow the finance team and collaborate with executive and senior leaders to ensure alignment between financial goals and Kiva’s mission.
