Practice Manager

As Practice Manager, you’ll be responsible for running clinic operations, managing provider schedules, and ensuring high-quality care standards. You'll partner with various teams, anticipating their needs and troubleshooting any hurdles. You will generate reports on appointment metrics, patient volume, and provider capacity. You will maintain the clinic schedule and optimize provider availability, support onboarding logistics for new clinicians, and plan and execute team trainings and clinical meetings. You'll also support cross‑functional projects, document SOPs, and oversee vendor onboarding.
