Job Description
Ro is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as Pharmacy Counsel, embedded within our growing legal team. This role will be the go-to legal partner for pharmacy operations and compliance across our owned and partner pharmacy networks. This is a strategic, high-impact role with significant cross-functional exposure, working closely with pharmacy operations, corporate quality, and other key stakeholders. The Pharmacy Counsel will lead Ro’s pharmacy law strategy, advising on both day-to-day pharmacy operations and long-term business initiatives. They will ensure pharmacy compliance by advising on licensure, inspections, DSCSA obligations, and safety and quality assurance requirements. In addition, they will partner closely with senior FDA counsel to ensure pharmacy operations comply with FDA regulations and guidance. They will collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and quality teams to accelerate new product launches, partnerships, and facility expansions.
