This role involves the following:

• Communicating plan benefits and digital health solutions.
• Using negotiation and motivational interviewing.
• Providing proactive and reactive support through various outreach methods.

Experience includes:

• Managing escalations effectively.
• Working with coding, medical records, and claims.
• Gathering clinical information from facilities and providers.

Skills needed:

• Fluency in Spanish is a must, along with experience in patient care.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health plan benefits is essential.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus.
