PRN Quality Improvement Specialist

Role Overview:

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in applicable state or multistate compact license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; OASIS certification preferred.
• Minimum three years healthcare experience with at least one year in home health.

Accountabilities:

• Conduct documentation audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to teams.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on quality improvement.
