Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the MDS process for all residents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor assessment schedules and ensure timely completion and submission of required assessments.
  • Conduct chart reviews and scrubbing to identify documentation opportunities and compliance concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Active U.S. RN license with New York State license required.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of MDS coordination experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
  • Working knowledge of MDS 3.0, RAI process, Medicare, Medicaid, and reimbursement systems.

Work Environment:

  • This is a remote position offering flexibility to work from home.
  • Hours are US Eastern Standard Time (EST) – 9am to 6pm.
  • Collaborate with an international team and contribute to a growing business from the comfort of your home.
