Program Manager

What You'll Do:

• Own and drive large-scale, cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment, momentum, and successful delivery across business and technology teams.
• Play a key role in advancing technology platform enhancements and enterprise-wide change efforts that modernize operations.
• Confidently communicate program updates, risks, and progress to senior leadership, tailoring messages for the executive level.
• Contribute to and influence the strategic direction of the business unit, helping prioritize high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications & Environment:

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing project teams with a B.A./B.S. in business or equivalent, plus excellent project management and leadership skills.
