Technical Recruiter (Contract, Remote – US Time Zone)

Mirantis is seeking a Technical Recruiter to bolster their global hiring efforts within engineering, product, and customer-facing teams. As a contract position, the successful candidate will independently manage recruitment searches, establish pipelines, and positively influence hiring results within a distributed team. The primary responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles worldwide, driving direct sourcing initiatives via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, and partnering with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and achieve hiring targets. The role involves advising on talent market conditions, ensuring a structured and professional candidate experience, and utilizing SmartRecruiters (ATS) for pipeline management and reporting.
