Role Overview:

  • This highly hands-on role works directly alongside pediatric dental assistants and practice leaders to provide real-time coaching.
  • The focus is on strengthening clinical operations, improving efficiency, and creating outstanding experiences for patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess individual clinical competencies and develop individualized training plans for dental assistants.
  • Coach teams on effective communication with patients, parents, providers, and other clinical team members.
  • Partner with Lead Dental Assistants to strengthen their leadership and accountability capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Significant hands-on dental assistant experience in pediatric dentistry and prior clinical leadership capacity required.
  • Current Arizona Radiologic Proficiency and Coronal Polishing certifications are required.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA, infection prevention, sterilization, and compliance standards.
