Bilingual Project Manager (Spanish and English speaking)

We are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Project Manager (Spanish and English speaking) to lead transformative initiatives in the contact center domain. In this role, you will oversee large-scale migration and optimization projects, ensuring seamless coordination between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, bilingual proficiency (Spanish & English), and experience in contact center operations, cloud platforms, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end project execution for contact center migrations, upgrades, and process improvements across multiple concurrent workstreams, acting as the primary bilingual liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership, and defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables while managing risks, dependencies, and change requests.
