Assist the Director, Government Programs in developing and maintaining program documentation, including program plans, schedules, budgets, and reports. Monitor program performance against established goals and objectives, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. Track project interdependencies and potential roadblocks across different project teams within the program. Facilitate communication and collaboration between program management and teams to ensure program-wide alignment and information sharing. Manage program risks and issues that could impact multiple projects, developing mitigation strategies and keeping stakeholders informed.
Assist with program budget management, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost- saving opportunities. Prepare program presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Perform other program-related duties as assigned by the Director, Government Programs.
