Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development for SBA lending and deposit growth, maintaining market leadership and serving as a resource for branch partners.
  • Solicit and service clients for SBA 7a, 504, and USDA loans, managing a portfolio and seeking new accounts through marketing and referrals.
  • Develop partnerships with Branch Managers and other advisors to promote business opportunities and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Marketing preferred.
  • 6-8 years of SBA Banking Relationship Management experience and formal credit training required.
  • Proven sales performance, strong prospecting skills, and knowledge of Treasury Management, credit, and SBA products.

Compliance and Operations:

  • Ensure compliance with all Regulatory requirements and Northwest's policies and procedures.
  • Complete all required Compliance training in a timely basis and analyze financial statements to assess risk continuously.
  • Navigate Microsoft Office and department-specific software to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency.
