Your Role:

• Serve as a critical operations expert driving pre-litigation cases from intake to resolution.
• Initiate claims, manage medical records, obtain police reports, and coordinate client care.
• Oversee demand preparation, resolve liens, and ensure attorneys have well-documented files.

• 3+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations or case management.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation in high-volume environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
