Compensation and Benefits:
- $49,940–$64,500/year depending on experience
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance

Role and Responsibilities:
- Attend firm-wide huddles and team mini huddles, contact new clients within 24 hours, and provide updates every three weeks
- Complete case analysis within three weeks, schedule client evaluations, and submit demand letters promptly
- Collaborate with staff, monitor dashboard metrics, and maintain all firm policies
Location and Schedule:
- Remote position for candidates outside specified metro areas in New Mexico
- Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Mountain Time
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Plaintiff's personal injury case management experience
- Strong understanding of court rules, empathy for clients, excellent communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work Mountain Time business hours and pass a background check
