Own one of the most critical and technically challenging parts of our platform, our viewing technologies.
This team is responsible for everything related to rendering and interacting with 2D drawings and 3D CAD models inside CoLab.
This is a high-impact role with broad ownership across UX, infrastructure, and partner relationships.

What You’ll Do:

Guide how we handle complex technical tradeoffs—especially around SDK usage, file formats, rendering logic, and scalability.
Write clear, concise product requirements that help the team understand what to build and why it matters.
Partner with 3rd party vendor escalations, evaluate integration opportunities, and drive viewer stability.

What You’ll Need:

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical product environments
Experience collaborating directly with senior engineers, TPMs, and external vendors
Strong written and verbal communication skills—especially when explaining tradeoffs or aligning stakeholders

CoLab is a cloud-based platform for engineering design review, helping mechanical engineering teams bring products to market faster. They enable SMEs to evaluate 2D drawings and 3D models, using AI for error detection, with companies like Johnson Controls and Komatsu using their technology.
