Director, Agency Services - Strategic Growth

As a direct report of the Vice President, Agency Services, and member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America’s (BBBSA) Agency Growth team, the Director, Agency Services - Strategic Growth is a dual role providing direct support to a portfolio of agencies and leading growth across the entire Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) network of agencies. The Director holds primary and collaborative responsibility for supporting, coaching, and guiding a designated portfolio of BBBS agencies. They will operate as the first point of contact for their portfolio of agencies to accelerate growth and align with network-wide initiatives across key indicators within people development, capacity building, revenue, media, youth, and volunteers served. The Director, Agency Services – Strategic Growth will also serve as an organizational development subject matter expert collaborating closely with the Chief Agency Growth Officer and team to develop and implement scalable strategies to advance the growth goals of local agencies. Responsibilities will include supporting the development of turnkey, customizable resources for local implementation of growth strategies to increase organizational local agency strength and growth by lifting best practices, resources, etc. and convening agencies for learning, sharing, growth opportunities. Expertise in organizational development trends including, but not limited to, nonprofit growth strategies, mergers, acquisitions, Board development, advancing philanthropy, etc.
