What You'll Do:
- Engage in federal and state litigation to protect charter schools.
- Manage the Alliance of Public Charter School Attorneys network.
- Monitor legal cases and identify emerging threats and opportunities.
Who You Are:
- Experienced litigator with 7+ years of federal or state constitutional litigation.
- Strong understanding of education law and public policy.
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range $140,000-$170,000 plus benefits.
