Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage litigation, claims, disputes, and pre-litigation matters including strategy and outside counsel oversight.
- Conduct internal investigations and respond to subpoenas, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
- Advise on employment, compliance, and policy issues across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
- 15+ years of legal experience with strong background in litigation, compliance, and business counseling.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex commercial disputes and enterprise risk management.
