Oversee and manage legal claims, disputes, mediation, arbitration, litigation matters, and related risk management activities.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel to efficiently resolve legal issues and protect organizational interests.
Provide leadership with clear analysis, updates, and recommendations regarding claims, litigation, compliance obligations, and emerging legal risks.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a state bar.
10–12+ years of relevant legal experience, including claims management, dispute resolution, litigation, compliance, risk management, insurance matters, or commercial litigation.
Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical, business-focused recommendations.
