Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of consumer arbitration matters from inception through resolution.
• Review evidence, including customer communications and recorded calls, to develop case strategy.
• Handle discovery and collaborate with in-house legal stakeholders on case management.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida bar license and litigation experience including courtroom or advocacy experience.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Estimated total compensation is $104,500-325,000 per year, based on experience and location.
