Multi-Line Claim Specialist – High Exposure & Litigation (JD Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, evaluate, and manage complex, high-exposure multi-line claims according to CCMSI standards and client instructions.
• Perform detailed coverage analysis, including policy interpretation and application of contractual risk transfer provisions.
• Direct and oversee defense counsel, expert witnesses, and vendors, and negotiate high-value settlements.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of multi-line claims handling experience with 5+ years managing complex litigated claims.
• Advanced experience in coverage analysis, litigation management, and contractual risk transfer.
• Juris Doctor or strong legal background highly preferred; current adjuster license required.
