Role Overview:
- Manage sophisticated, business-critical matters across commercial, employment, IP, and regulatory disputes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and legal leaders, influencing decisions at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage outside counsel, litigation budgets, discovery, legal holds, and eDiscovery.
- Advise the People team on employment matters and support the commercial team on escalations.
- Counsel executives and the Board on litigation risk and emerging legal developments.
Qualifications:
- 6–10 years of litigation or disputes experience at a leading law firm or in-house.
- Strong ownership, judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills and composure in high-pressure situations.
