Disputes, Litigation & Intellectual Property:
- Lead litigation and dispute resolution across the Western region.
- Oversee IP matters including patents, trademarks, and licensing.
- Manage external counsel for cost-effective outcomes.
Cross-Regional Collaboration & Strategic Leadership:
- Act as key legal partner between Western business and APAC teams.
- Serve as trusted advisor to executive leadership on legal and business matters.
- Improve legal operations and shape the future of the Western legal function.
