Data Reconciliation
Role Overview:
- You will lead the financial operations and reconciliation for client-funded benefit programs, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
- You will report into the Revenue Cycle Management team and partner with Product/Engineering to build automated controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full funding pipeline including invoicing, money movement, and complex account reconciliation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as the financial subject matter expert for Client Success, resolving billing disputes.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years in revenue cycle management, financial analysis, or payment operations.
- Experience with account reconciliation, data tools like Looker, and AI tools such as Claude.
- Proven ability to build sophisticated processes in fast-paced environments.
